My experience with Up was really fantastic, they made my first time renovation project an absolute breeze, keeping cost down, arranging a fantastic builder, dealing with site issues and an incorrectly coloured kitchen with suppliers without any cost to me! If you are in anyway unsure about who to go with and don't know what to expect from a build, the only way is Up! Worth noting all the works have been completed for 5 years now and almost nothing (touch wood) has gone wrong. I love how well designed my flat is (there's too many great details to mention) and everyone comments on how great it looks!
